Carl Beatty was a citizen of Raccoon City who disappeared in the days leading up to the Raccoon City Destruction Incident. He was on a missing persons' poster in the Raccoon Police Station.[1] It is presumed that Carl was killed by zombies or became one of the infected ones that was eating away at the city when it fell into chaos following the outbreak.
