Carolyn Lawrence is an American voice actress who is known as the voice Sandy Cheeks on SpongeBob SquarePants, Cindy Vortex on The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius and Ashley Graham in Resident Evil 4.[1][2]
