Cassette Tape is an item that appears in Resident Evil 7: Biohazard. It only appears in the Madhouse difficulty mode.
Gameplay
The Cassette Tape is reminiscent of past Resident Evil titles' Ink Ribbons, as they are required to save the game and are limited in numbers.
