Cedar was a district in Raccoon City. It is notable for the Marble River, which ran through it from the Arklay Mountains.

The name of the district (based on "シダー") is localized as "Cider", referring to a type of alcohol beverage rather than a tree. This was continued by S.D. Perry, who referred to a "Cider district".
