The Cerberus is a B.O.W. (Bio-Organic Weapon) created by administering the T-Virus to a Doberman, a large breed of dog suitable for military use.
Zombie Dogs are not Cerberuses, but simply normal dogs that have been spontaneously infected by the T-Virus.
軍用に適した大型犬のドーベルマンに､「t-ウィルス」を投与することで生み出されたB.O.W.（生物兵器）の一種。 ちなみに ｔ-ウィルスの流出によって偶発的に生まれたのが、ゾンビ犬。
