Chad was a senior employee of Raccoon City's substation.

Biography

At some time during September 1998, Chad's work boss instructed him to activate all the circuit breakers in order to reactivate the substation's power source. He would be finishing his job first before visiting his mother located at the Uptown Raccoon City.

However before he could finish his job, he was attacked by a Drain Deimos on his workplace. The infected bug parasitised him by implanting its larvae inside his body.

Fleeing from safety and carrying a box case, he has been vomiting all along until he finally passed away at the night of 28 September 1998 due to his parasitic infection.

Later on, Jill Valentine finds his lifeless body to retrieve the case containing a lockpick. Not long after that, the parasitic larvae bursts out of his corpse's chest.
