Hirotaka Shimazawa (島沢 弘隆 Shimasawa Hirotaka), known professionally as Chafurin (茶風林 chafūrin) is a Japanese voice actor known for voicing The Duke in Resident Evil Village.[1] Outside of Resident Evil, he is well known for providing the role of Inspector Joseph Meguire in anime Case Closed.
