The Chapter 1-3 ending (tentative) is a cutscene in the "Chapter 1-3" level of Resident Evil 4.
Plot[]
After mortally injuring Del Lago, Leon realized too late that the harpoon rope had coiled around his legs, putting him in danger of being dragged down to the bottom of the lake with the creature's lifeless body. He reacted quickly, using his wit to cut the rope and free himself, enabling him to continue his journey across the lake. However, upon reaching the shore, Leon began to feel unwell, coughing up blood and struggling to catch his breath. Despite his condition, he attempted to reach a nearby cottage on the lakeshore. But as he stumbled inside, he collapsed, losing consciousness.
