Chapter 1-3 scene 3 (tentative) is the third cutscene in Resident Evil 4's "Chapter 1-3" level. This scene will play if Leon will watch the lake from the top of the hill.
Plot[]
As Leon S. Kennedy ascended to the top of a nearby cliff, he raised his binoculars and scanned the surroundings. He caught sight of two Ganados operating a small boat out in the lake below. Horror struck him as he watched them toss the lifeless body of a police officer into the water. A massive salamander emerged from the depths and devoured the corpse.
