Chapter 5-4 ending (tentative) is a cutscene in the end of the "Chapter 5-4" level of Resident Evil 4.

Plot

In the operating room, Leon and Ashley spot a Plaga Removal Laser that Luis mentioned in one of his notes. With this being the moment of truth, Leon goes first enduring the intense pain from the light of the flash until the parasite is eliminated. He survives then Ashley goes next. She moans from the intense pain from the surgery until at last, her parasite is fried; She survives thus eliminating Saddler's scheme to influence the President. With a portion of their mission done, Leon and Ashley agree it is time to head back to Washington D.C..
