Chapter 6-2 is the fifteenth level of Resident Evil 5 and second part of Chapter 6. It continues Chris Redfield and Sheva Alomar's exploration of the Tricell oil tanker, and sees Excella Gionne's departure.
Plot
Chris and Sheva walk out into an open area of the ship, where they find a pile of corpses thrown together. Excella Gionne walks by, provoking Chris and Sheva to aim their handguns at her in response. However, she doesn't appear to be playing games with them anymore, and is in great pain. It is revealed through the ship's PAthat Albert Wesker has infected her with Uroboros, and it has begun to reject her. Excella becomes Uroboros Aheri and a mass of Uroboros erupts from her mouth and consumes her. Uroboros Aheri will absorb her body as well as the mass of Majini corpses. The monster then turns its attention to the BSAA agents and chases them back inside as it grows around the ship.

Walkthrough
Main Deck
After walking toward the corpses you will initiate another cinematic in which Excella turns into Uroboros Aheri. After that, there will be an interactive cutscene. Press the correct buttons to run from Uroboros Aheri and enter the ship. During your exploration inside the ship, you will encounter Uroboros Aheri as it lashes out from the vents of the ship, prompting a dodge quick-time event.
Bridge
Follow the path aboard the ship and you will see Uroboros tentacles blocking the path. Avoid it and continue on or shorten the time by shooting the obstruction, you need to do at least 10,000 damage to kill it. There are multiple items scattered about the ship, but be careful as there are still majini present. Check the lockers for treasures and other items. Continue further into the ship and you will come to a second room with lockers. Again check all the lockers for items. Continue on using the rooms to divert from the path Uroboros has blocked and you will find majini corpses on the floor. Many of them are feigning death and will attack once you pass by. One majini will approach from the nearby corridor and mutate into a Duvalia after a small amount of damage is done. After defeating the parasite, it will drop a bridge keycard.
Continue forward and you will enter another room with a set of documents. This room will lead to the bridge.
Bridge Deck
After getting to the bridge, collect any items. Continue on and you will see a staircase leading to the outer deck. After getting outside, smash the boxes in the corner and open the door to face Uroboros Aheri. Once you have entered, turn back and note the Tricell logo covering the Satellite Laser Targeting System. Use the bridge keycard to open the cover and take the weapon. Climb the ladder and smash more boxes. Be ready to hit the dodge prompts when Uroboros attempts to crush you. Aim at the glowing, orange weakpoints and Uroborus Aheri will expose a large, central weakpoint, the most vulnerable part. Use the Satellite Laser Targeting Device to fire at it or a Rocket Launcher if you have one (It dies with one hit when you hit the most vulnerable part). Uroboros will then reveal four tentacles. Repeat the process of destroying the orange weakspots to reveal the central weakness and you will eventually destroy the Uroboros.
Note: It would be wise to take out the last orange weak point by your own weapon, than you should always have the Satellite Laser Targeting Device ready to hit its most vulnerable part, you can hit it twice before it dives if you are quick enough.
