Leon S. Kennedy[]
28 years old. He worked as a secret agent for the president of the United States for several years following the Raccoon City Tragedy.
Claire Redfield[]
25 years old. Following the Rockfort Island Incident, she was assigned to the NGO, a group that aids victims of bio-terror and medical abuses. She travels regularly around the world.
Angela Miller[]
29 years old. Captain of the Harvardville Special Response Team, a special unit commissioned to handle emergency response and life-saving missions. She was born and raised in Harvardville, and prides herself on protecting her beloved hometown. She is Curtis' blood sister.
Greg Glenn[]
28 years old. Angela's teammate on the Harvardville SRT.
Curtis Miller[]
35 years old. A former employee of the NGO. He joined the NGO after losing his wife and son to the tragedy of Raccoon City. He was arrested for organizing numerous protests against the WP Corporation's Harvardville Research Facility. He eventually turned to terrorist activity after he learned the truth about the Raccoon City Incident.
Senator Ron Davis[]
56 years old. Senator of his hometown of Harvardville. It is rumored that he is in collusion with the WP Corporation and clandestinely funds their research through a nationwide pharmaceuticals conference. He believes that prosperity can only be achieved through sacrifice, and views the casualties of Raccoon City and human experimentation as necessary evils.
Frederic Downing[]
44 years old. Senior researcher for the WP Corporation. A British gentleman.
Rani Chawla[]
8 years old. She was adopted by her aunt after her family fell victim to human experimentation conducted by the WP Corporation. She and her aunt were participating in a demonstration against the corporation when the plane crash occurred.
Ingrid Hunnigan[]
25 years old. She works for the president's secret agency as an intelligence liaison, and was assigned to communicate White House orders to agent Leon S. Kennedy. She receives messages on the monitor of her communications device.
G[]
Refers to mutant humans who have contracted the "G-Virus." A virus that evolves and transforms at the genetic level. Unlike the t-Vius, the newly born "G" loses both its personality and rationality, and turns into a violent creature with enormous strength. As the G-cell spreads rapidly through the creature's body, a monstrous, vision-enhancing eyeball grows out of the shoulder and huge claws sprout from the right arm.
