The Chemicals Storage is an area of the Uptown District inside the Sales Office featured in Resident Evil 3: Nemesis.
Description
The storage are where all the materials and bottles are stored. A steam and nitrogen pipes are placed throughout the room.

Main Game
Oil Additive is the key item in this room. After picking it up, a FMV will play when Jill returns to the middle of the storage. The FMV shows zombies invading the sales office (it can be named after it's OST Zombies Trespassing) through the windows and some of them entering the storage. Nikolai will scream if he appeared in the next room, if not - zombies just will try to attack Jill. There are two destroyable objects in this room - pipes with liquid nitrogen and with high temperature steam.
Also, there three jars of both Gun Powder A and Gun Powder B may appear in this room.
- Gun Powder A will appear if it wasn't at the Gas station.
- Gun Powder B will appear if it wasn't at the Substation.
The Mercenaries - Operation: Mad Jackal
This room can be entered during the minigame to rescue Nikolai. Two hunter are present inside the storage room.
