Chie Matsuura (松浦 チエ Chie Matsuura) is a Japanese voice actress known for playing a role in the Japanese version of BIOHAZARD REVELATIONS.[citation needed] Outside of Resident Evil, she is known for her work in video games; one of her roles being "Plankton" in the Japanese version of SpongeBob SquarePants: Creature from the Krusty Krab.
