Chie Matsuura (松浦 チエ Chie Matsuura) is a Japanese voice actress known for playing a role in the Japanese version of BIOHAZARD REVELATIONS.[citation needed] Outside of Resident Evil, she is known for voicing Plankton in the Japanese dub of SpongeBob SquarePants.
