Chizuru Urashima is a character from Project ✕ Zone 2. She is an agent of Shinra and the head of Shinra's equipment division. She pilots a vehicle called Dragonturtle Mk. 1. Although not able to assist the characters battle-wise, she sells various equipment and items useful for battle.
