Christopher Smith was a citizen of Raccoon City. He was the ninth victim in the murders occurring in the Arklay Mountains during the spring/summer of 1998.
He and Deanne Rusch had planned on violating the nocturnal curfew established in Raccoon City to look for the nocturnal creatures that had been seen in the woods surrounding the city. Their bodies were found in the early morning of June 21, 1998. He was 19 years old at the time of his death. [1]
