Commander Chu was an Umbrella soldier who was loyal to Dr. Isaacs during the global T-virus pandemic. He was an accomplished martial artist rivaling Alice in skill.
Biography
It is not known if Chu was a clone or a natural-born human. If the latter, he served under Isaacs for the ten year duration of the pandemic. Regardless, Chu served as one of Dr. Isaacs's top enforcers and commanders. In the tenth year of the pandemic, Chu engaged in hand-to-hand combat with Alice, but was shot. Captured by survivors opposed to Umbrella, Chu was chained to an armored vehicle as a source of food for the Undead. Chu was revived by the T-virus and attacked one of Isaacs' clones.
