Clara Atkins is a citizen of Raccoon City, Pennsylvania. On the night of September 21, 1998, she and her husband Tom gave shelter to Shanna Williamson after she was attacked by an unknown assailant. Clara first alerted to the authorities about Shanna's attack.[1]
