Klaus was a squad leader in the Umbrella Biohazard Countermeasure Service.
Biography
He and his team were sent in to locate and retrieve the Umbrella Corporation scientist Dr. Cameron. However, the team was systematically slaughtered during their search through Raccoon City.
Klaus, and another agent named Roger, tried to escape. However, it was later revealed that Cameron was in fact the creature that had been stalking the squad, and that she had transferred her consciousness into Roger.
The infected Roger, who was now a mutated version of Cameron, uses two of her tentacles to pull Klaus' face apart. Klaus is now dead, and more than likely a part of the next and further mutation form of Dr. Cameron. No further events are revealed of his current status.
Further notes
- Klaus' U.B.C.S. uniform is similar to the one Mikhail wore in Resident Evil 3.
- Like the rest of the U.B.C.S, Klaus carries a SIG Pro SP2009. He uses it as his main weapon, just like Nikolai Zinoviev.
