In order to obtain the Gold Gear, the player must complete the Clock Puzzle by placing the various jewels in front of the clocks in the correct order. There are three maiden statues in the room, that holds those jewels: Amber Ball, Obsidian Ball and Crystal Ball. Also, there is a pack of Mine Thrower Rounds can be found on the table in this room.

The large bell at the back of the room can only be moved while playing as Carlos. Returning from the Raccoon Hospital, Carlos will encounter either three female Zombies here or eight Sliding Worms. Also, after returning the building will be shaking and the OST changes to Feel the Tense... It means that Nemesis is near.
