Code: Mika is a documentary short which appears as a featurette on copies of Resident Evil: Retribution.

Summary

This featurette deals with Japanese artist Mika Nakashima's small role as "J Pop Girl". Anderson liked the idea of continuing on from Afterlife's Japanese element after seeing a positive reception at the premier. Due to Nakashima's popularity, she went through a different make-up treatment to other Undead extras to preserve her face.
