Colmillos (コルミロス,korumirosu?) are Plaga-infested wolves encountered in Resident Evil 4. The name 'Colmillos' means 'Fangs' in Spanish. Notably, each Colmillos must spot you before launching an attack, although if a Plaga emerges, the Plaga itself will initiate the attack.

Colmillos make their first appearance when Leon attempts to cross the lake again after defeating Del Lago. Four of these ferocious beasts lie in wait for him on the opposite shore.[3] Later, near the Church, Leon faces another pack of three Colmillos, posing a challenge for him to proceed.[4] In Ramón Salazar's maze garden, these creatures become even more prevalent, with Salazar keeping around a dozen of them as his pets. While exploring the maze, players are often caught off guard by their ambush attacks.[5]
