Combining Parts
Unlocking your toolbox will open up this feature.
Combining parts of the same kind and level will upgrade the level of the created part. (For example, combining two parts with level-one damage will create a part with level-two damage.)
You must upgrade your toolbox in order to combine high-level parts.
