The Cool Soda billboard.
Cool Soda was a brand of cola-based beverage being sold in Raccoon City. An advertisement for the product could be found on a billboard on Flower Street north of the Raccoon Police Station.[1]

The name and font of the beverage is a clear reference to "Coca-Cola", though it has a blue background instead of a red one.
