Cornell Garner was an Umbrella Corporation researcher who was a Lead Researcher for Umbrella's NEST 2 facility located underneath Spencer Memorial Hospital in Raccoon City.
Biography[]
Little is known about Garner other than that he was employed by Umbrella USA and became a Lead Researcher at NEST 2 by July 1998. During his time in this position, he was appointed Chief Developer of the facility's Ferromagnetic Infantry-use Next Generation Railgun as part of a joint project between Umbrella and the United States Army via their Electromagnetic Weapons Program.[1]
