Crash and Burn is a cutscene in the "underbelly" scenario of Resident Evil Outbreak File #2. It can be bought from the Collections menu for 500 points.[1]

Plot[]

A train shoots into the South Raccoon Street Station, crashing into the debris of the tunnel. It begins leaking oil. The Electricity from the train touches the oil and starts a fire.
