Crystal Dimitrescu is a treasure item in Resident Evil Village. Alcina Dimitrescu drops it upon being killed, it can be sold for 25,000 Lei.[1] It is the crystalized remains of Dimitrescu after her defeat and death at the hands of Ethan Winters.
When sold to the Duke, he'll comment on how beautiful she is even in death and that her waistline is stunning.
