Purpose[]
The D-Series Head is crucial for creating the Serum. The player must give both it and the D-Series Arm to Zoe Baker.
Location[]
The D-Series Head is recovered from a Connections case carried by Lucas Baker. He leaves it at the end of the testing area after throwing the dynamite.
