D. Midge was a child prodigy headhunted by the Spencer Foundation. Taking up classes at the Umbrella Executive Training School, a boarding school for children recruited into the company, Midge was viewed as worthless by its director, Dr. James Marcus.[1] By the end of the year Midge had been taken away by Marcus to serve as a test subject in the t-Virus Project. Dying during the experiments, Midge's body was dumped in the underground stream headed to the Arklay treatment plant.[2]
