Dave Mallow (born 19 October 1948 in Illinois) is an American voice actor and former radio personality who appeared in Resident Evil 5 as the voice of "BSAA HQ",[1][2] and again in Resident Evil 6 as the voice of the BSAA HQ agent who can be heard in Chris Chapter 3.[3]
