Dave Wittenberg (born September 1, 1971) is an American voice actor that has done many video game and anime voice-overs with nearly one hundred titles to his credit. He is also a writer whose work includes episodes of the Digimon television series. Some of his notable roles include Kakashi Hatake in the Naruto series, Bobby in Dead Island, as well as Ed Deluca, James Ramsey, Sam Franklin, and additional voices for Dead Rising.
In the Resident Evil series, Dave provided the voice of Chris Redfield in Biohazard Pachislot, additional voices for the CGI film Resident Evil: Degeneration; the voice of Buddy in the CGI film Resident Evil: Damnation, and a BSAA soldier in Resident Evil 6.[1]
