David Blanco is a voice actor known for providing additional voices in the Spanish dub of Resident Evil 3.[1] He also provided the voices of "Lobo" and the "System Message" in Resident Evil Village.[2] He was later hired to provide Ganado voice work for Resident Evil 4.[3]
