Deanne Rusch was a citizen of Raccoon City. She was the eighth victim in the murders occurring in the Arklay Mountains during the spring/summer of 1998.

Biography

She and Christopher Smith had planned on violating the nocturnal curfew established in Raccoon City to look for the nocturnal creatures that had been seen in the woods surrounding the city. Their bodies were found in the early morning of June 21, 1998. She was 19 years old at the time of her death.
