Debra Harper is the sister of Helena Harper featured in Resident Evil 6 . Debra and her sister were shown to be held in an unknown location for an unspecified reason, while Helena was attempting to calm down the terrified Debra. Soon after, unknown men come and drag her out of the room while Helena begs Derek Simmons to let go of her sister and take her instead. This changed nothing, however, as Debra was still dragged out, despite Helena offering herself up instead of Debra.
