Plot
Leon and Helena attempt to get Simmons to slip up and admit to being behind the terrorist attack. However, Simmons has already placed blame on Helena for the death of President Benford. He tells them to turn themselves in. Leon notes things just went from bad to worse for them; now their own the Most Wanted list.
Transcript
Derek C. Simmons: "The president spoke highly of you, Agent Kennedy."
Leon: "Likewise. He told me you'd been friends for 30 years."
Simmons: "Tell me, is it true you were the only ones present at the time of his death?
Leon: "What are you saying?"
Simmons: "Well, you must be aware that you are both suspects in this attack?"
Helena: "What!?"
Simmons: "Agent Harper, at the time of the attack, you had abandoned your post, leaving the President vulnerable. You must admit such behavior is suspicious."
Helena: "You son of a bitch! You're the one who planned all this!"
Simmons: "With what evidence could you base such an outrageous accusation? I am the National Security Advisor. It's my job to prevent terrorist attacks, not cause them."
Helena: "You liar!"
Leon: "Helena!"
Simmons: "If the two of you feel so strongly about your innocence, then you should have no problem turning yourselves in."
Helena: "I'm going to make him pay!"
Leon: "Looks like things just went from bad to worse."
