Devotion, Unity, Labour: Rich Island (Russian: "Преданность, Единcтво, Труд: Бoгатый Остров") was a propaganda slogan shown on posters on Sejm Island after Alex Wesker seized power. The posters declared that devotion of Alex, a unity of the people and employment (specifically the mining industry) would return the poverty-stricken island to its glory days.

The motto is comparable to Umbrella's internal company motto, "Obedience Breeds Discipline, Discipline Breeds Unity, Unity Breeds Power, Power is Life". Both focus on the combination of three aspects which unite together to reach the end result.
