Dickson was a Military Police officer. Dickson and Elder were tasked with transporting Billy Coen from Dunell Marine Base to the Regarthon Base for his execution upon arrival. The Military Jeep carrying the prisoner was flipped over as it braked to avoid hitting James Marcus. The Cerberus pack running amok around the Arklays would kill him and Elder, leaving Billy with a diversion to escape.
