"Director" was a studio employee for Raccoon 7, working as a director for the news. While both were impressed with Terri Morales' work as the weather girl, he made sure to point out to his assistant that there were no awards catered to her job and that there was no chance she would ever become news anchor.[1]

"Director" does not appear in the theatrical version of Resident Evil: Apocalypse, as the only scene he is in was edited for length.
