Grill 13 was a restaurant in Raccoon City. The kitchen had several propane tanks leaking gas and the basement is flooded due to a ruptured pipe. According to Marvin's Report, this restaurant was owned by a 42-year-old man. His name was unknown. During the outbreak, the owner took shelter in the R.P.D. in the morning but was shot to death minutes later after showing signs of t-Virus infection.
