Downtown district Resident Evil 3: Nemesis
Downtown Raccoon City was the city's main business area.
Resident Evil 2 shows a small part of downtown: Flower; Central and Ennerdale St., along with the Raccoon City Police Department.
Resident Evil 3: Nemesis showed a far larger area, with buildings including the substation, Grill 13 restaurant and the STAGLA gas station.
