Downtown Raccoon City was the city's main business area.
Resident Evil 2 shows a small part of downtown: Flower; Central and Ennerdale St., along with the Raccoon City Police Department.
Resident Evil 3: Nemesis showed a far larger area, with buildings including the substation, Grill 13 restaurant and the STAGLA gas station. Player can visit some parts of the Warren Street, Flower Street and Central Street on this area.
