Dr. Blue was a researcher who worked in The Hive. He was trapped inside a sealed room with Dr. Green and Dr. Brown. The room flooded when the fire sprinklers came on, causing him to drown. However, he was soon resurrected by the T-virus as a zombie. Chad Kaplan shot him in the head.
