The Eagle Sign can be seen
The Eagle's is a pet shop in Raccoon City. It can be seen in Resident Evil 3: Nemesis, in the road to the luxury hotel, although it is inaccessible in the game. Several Cerberus leap out of the window when the player passes by, suggesting the shop sold Doberman Pinschers as pets. Its name is a reference to the character Eagle, who first appeared in the original Street Fighter.
In Resident Evil 3, the sign outside the shop now features a cartoon version of the Street Fighter character holding a bird.
