The Earthworm Toy (ミミズのオモチャ Mimizu no omocha, Earthworm Toy) is a special item in Resident Evil Outbreak.

It is found in the Room 302, on the chair in front of the locker. It is found in the The Hive scenario by any character exclusively on path "D". On paths "A" and "B", Cindy will find the Sandals instead.[1]
