El Gigante is a piece of music composed for Resident Evil 4. It appears in the biohazard4 Original Soundtrack as track 11 of the "Darkness Side" disc.[1] It also appeared in the Biohazard 4 Best Track Collection.
Music information[]
El Gigante was composed to heavily use bass. In demo versions there was more, which led to noise complaints at the studio. This resulted in a general reduction to find a satisfactory balance.[excerpt 1]
In-game usage[]
El Gigante plays during the first fight with the titular boss.
