The Elegant Perfume Bottle is a treasure item in Resident Evil 4 worth 10,000₧.
Location
In the main game, it can be found in the treasure room tower, where a Broken Butterfly is also found, in Chapter 4-1. In Separate Ways it is found above the bed in the bedroom by the garden maze and must be shot down to be obtained.
