Elliot Edward was a police officer for the Raccoon City Police Department. He was one of the last police officers to die in the RPD.

Biography

During the Raccoon City Destruction Incident, he witnessed the death of his colleague, David Ford, and was present during a meeting which discussed escaping through the sewers.[1]

Ultimately he did not go through the sewers, and managed to get in contact with a police helicopter; its pilot intended to pick him up. The rescue attempt went awry when Elliot was attacked by zombies and, while being mauled, accidentally hit the pilot with stray machine-gun fire, sending the helicopter crashing into the building, killing Elliot; the zombies and the pilot on impact.[2]
