Elliott was a veteran officer of the Raccoon City Police Department.
Biography
During the early hours of the now hopelessly-escapable Zombie outbreak, Elliott was tasked with leading a three-man team to Main Street. The operation was to eliminate as many "rioters" as possible through the use of a number of explosive charges surrounding the street.
After successfully placing the charges throughout the length of the street, Elliott and Harry waited impatiently as Eric attempted to prime the detonator device which would ultimately destroy the charges and the horde of zombies surrounding the area. However, the barricade stemming the zombies' advance collapsed too early and Eric was attacked. Elliott was killed soon after as he attempted to save his comrade.[1]
