Elliott was an officer of the Raccoon Police Department. He was the senior official charged with leading a team to eliminate the thousands of hostiles on Main Street during "Operation: Mop Up". He is a caucasian male with a clean-shaven face, appearing in his late-40s. He is not to be mistaken with Officer Elliot Edward, another officer with a similar name.
Biography
During the early hours of the now hopelessly-escapable zombie outbreak, Elliott was tasked with leading a three-man team to Main Street. The operation was to eliminate as many "rioters" as possible through the use of a number of explosive charges surrounding the street.
After successfully placing the charges throughout the length of the street, Elliott and Harry waited impatiently as Eric attempted to prime the detonator device which would ultimately destroy the charges and the horde of zombies surrounding the area. However, the barricade stemming the zombies' advance collapsed too early and Eric was attacked. Elliott was killed soon after as he attempted to save his comrade.[1]
